SIGNA is looking for a Strategy Intern who lives in their head in the best way possible. Someone who can dissect a brand in five minutes, spot cultural patterns in a random TikTok, and turn abstract chaos into sharp, usable insights. You don’t need experience — you need instinct.
This isn’t an internship where you “sit in on meetings.” This is where you learn how ideas are born, shaped, sharpened, and weaponized.
You dive deep into brands, industries, audiences, trends, and cultural signals. You help build positioning, messaging, campaign concepts, narrative arcs, and creative frameworks. You assist in research, brainstorms, competitive analysis, storytelling, and pitch building. You connect dots quicker than others even realize dots exist.
You don’t gather data — you extract insight.
