JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (APPRENTICE TO CHAOS)

Toronto / Remote / For the sharp, the fast, and the uncomfortably ambitious

SIGNA is looking for a Junior Designer who isn’t “new” — just unpolished, dangerous, and hungry.
Someone whose ideas are already too big for the software they’re trapped in.
Someone who learns at unsafe speeds.
Someone who wants a place that won’t slow them down.

This is not a starter gig.
This is your first real training ground.

WHAT YOU DO HERE

You build. A lot.
You assist on brand systems, layouts, campaign assets, typography, motion frames, whatever the project demands.
You absorb direction like oxygen and push every piece to feel alive.
You sit close to the signal and learn how real work is made.

WHAT WE EXPECT

– A strong foundation in layout + type
– Good instincts and the desire to sharpen them
– Fast hands and a faster mind
– Curiosity, adaptability, and zero fragility
– A portfolio that shows potential — not perfection, potential

WHO YOU ARE

You’re the kid who always stayed up too late fixing a design no one asked you to fix.
You have taste — real taste — even if your skills are still catching up.
You want mentors who push you, not managers who coddle you.
You’re not afraid of being thrown into the deep end, because you know that’s how you grow.

WHAT YOU GET

Mentorship from killers.
Projects that will level you up fast.
A studio that takes talent seriously, not titles.
And the chance to become indispensable.

HOW TO APPLY

Show us your work — the real stuff, the experiments, the attempts.
We want to see your instincts.
